Sunway International Business School (Sunway College Kathmandu) has signed an International Articulation Agreement with La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia on 22nd May 2023.

Most students who have completed +2 are determined to go abroad for their further studies but end up having a gap of 1-2 years convincing their parents, putting together their financial documents, and searching for the right university. During their gap years, most students are only focused on their study preparation abroad, instead of gaining practical skills and grooming their interpersonal skills. And, when they end up not going abroad and now have a gap year, students are more confused and depressed. But now you are studying in Nepal for a year and can credit transfer to La Trobe University. 

At Sunway, you can join your bachelor’s immediately after you complete your +2, study with us for a year in Kathmandu and choose to study at La Trobe University from 2nd year onwards. This helps you build a strong foundation for pursuing your bachelor’s degree in a foreign country and yes, save approximately AUD 37,000.

Students who have completed their first year at Sunway with the following courses have been granted exemption of 8 subjects worth 120 credits (equivalent to 1 year) to study Bachelor of Computer Science offered by Computing, Engineering, and Mathematical Sciences at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. The students will also have to meet the English Language Requirement of IELTS (Academic) 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0 or equivalent as included in the LTU English Policy. Students must obtain a minimum average grade of 50% in the subjects specified in the following table.
