Sunway Student Representative Council (SSRC)

Sunway Student Representative Council is the official student body to represent the voices of Sunway College and bridge between students, administration, and faculty members on issues affecting students’ welfare. Additionally, the SSRC contributes to Event Management, skill development and innovation in students, and forms a community where every student is free to express their thoughts and concerns.

The student council operates according to legislative norms. The student body president presents ideas, gathers votes, and then approves them. Moreover, the student council supports social causes, organizational collaboration, social collaboration, and the acquisition of outside funds. The members of the council are responsible for acting as the representatives of their respective cohorts and work alongside the university when needed.
