I graduated from Sunway itself in BCS (Hons). During my final year, I joined Sunway as an Admission Counsellor and then as a Junior Teaching Assistant helping students with scaffolding activities and their practical. I have organized various events throughout my student life that have helped me increase my leadership skills along with my capabilities of working in a team. After my graduation, I am working as a NodeJs Developer at EKbana Solutions and also working part time with Sunway as a Teaching Assistant assisting the lecturers. I look forward to welcoming students and being part of your journey in assisting them with their studies throughout their Bachelors degree.

BCS September 2020 Intake, President, Sunway Student Representative Council

I am currently in my second year of BCS (Hons) and have been leading the SSRC in the capacity of President. We have around 24 members from all semesters of the BCS (Hons) programme elected to represent all the students and we work towards fostering leadership amongst students. We organise various events and workshops at Sunway such as Sports Week, Halloween, Technical and Skill related workshops. We have collaborated with Hult Prize, Rotaract Club of Budhanilkantha, Brainycube Research Organization, Women in Big Data, AIESEC Nepal, Model United Nations and so on I have gained real-life knowledge on how to give back to the community, pursue my passion, bring resolutions for change, raise awareness for a cause, and serve as a voice for the underrepresented. I look forward to welcoming students and being part of your journey in building essential skills throughout your Bachelors degree with a lot of fun elements added every now and then.

Sunway has been a START to my fulfilling career and has brought a positive change to my attitude and mindset, making a better version of myself. I am currently the final year student and have successfully enjoyed and participated in club activities where I also acted as President for my last tenure. Along with the inter and intra college activities, I am wholesome with the support and guidance provided by the wellbeing department & academic team during COVID. Sunway has been a START to my career Along with the improved academics, advancement to my ambivert nature I had an opportunity to enroll for the placement provided by Sunway College. The placement was wholly handled by Sunway itself and was tracked closely by college and company. This helped me not only find a job but actually match my career to my persona. And this gave birth to Rojgari in Khadi, my own initiative in solving the gap regarding the vacancies in Gulf countries for Nepalese.

It has been quite a learning journey at Sunway which has helped me improve my interpersonal skills, technical skills and up-to-date programming languages. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Computer Science at Maharishi International University, Iowa, USA.
