About the Project:
MeroPalo Care is an AI-assisted mobile platform that aims to modernize hospital queue management and patient experience for healthcare facilities in Nepal, as long waiting times, lack of real-time information, and inefficient manual token systems make hospital visits stressful and time-consuming for both patients and doctors. MeroPalo Care offers an all-in-one solution that employs AI to help estimate waiting times dynamically, guide patients through appointment booking, and create a streamlined digital ecosystem for patients, doctors, and hospital staff while also offering a chatbot for instant query resolution and a visit history system for continuity of care. MeroPalo Care differentiates itself from competitors by combining together a number of services that previously were only available separately such as queue tracking, appointment booking, medical history, and marketplace-style doctor discovery and offering a unified, easy-to-use experience, as well as utilizing real-time technology to help both patients and healthcare providers involved in the consultation process.
