About the project:
SafeVoice is a website of a complaint reporting system which is developed so that students can report their issue in a secure and user friendly platform. Many students
hesitate to report issues like harassment, bullying, discrimination due to fear of expressing themselves, lack of confidentiality, uncertainty about the process. If students do not report their issue then it might negatively impact the student’s education and mental health. SafeVoice is a platform which aims to solve these problems by allowing students to report their issues with privacy, confidence, tracking of their reports and receiving updates of the process. It helps to create a safe college environment for the students and reduces the time and effort required for manual handling which improves administrative efficiency. The students submit the complaint by filling a complaint form on the website or uploading an image and AI will fill the form. After that the AI gives priority and categorizes, and if it’s a sensitive complaint it’s directly sent to the admin. Students and admin can also chat with each other. For the ease of the admins the AI generates a report which says what complaint needs attention. SafeVoice was developed to encourage students to speak about the issue they are facing by providing a secure and confidential digital platform. The complaints are directly viewed through the website which saves a lot of time and improves communication between students and administrators.
