About the Project
Montessori is the first school for infants where they learn and move toward positive reinforcement. However, they lack updated manual systems, which causes delay in giving information to the parent about their child’s progress (World Health Organization, 2022) . It is also a tedious task for the faculty as they have to maintain records with repetitive tasks; thus, creating inefficiency (Twenge and Campbell, 2019)., and also the administrative staff has scattered data. The mentioned problems cause the disconnection between the family and the institution. Subsequently, we came up with a countermeasure for the ones mentioned above. Our proposed BaalVikas Montessori Management and Behavior Monitoring System aims at providing an intelligent system that connects the administrator, faculty, and parents with a centralized database. Our product consists of AI-based behavioral recognition, automatic attendance system, leaderboard with rewards and incentives, and complaint management system while keeping the administrator, faculty, parents, and children engaged in an interactive digital platform. The system was designed for Montessori, the teachers, and parents of their students aged three to nine. It is a hybrid of artificial intelligence and Montessori principles where every positive behavior of the child is recognized, rewarded, and reinforced. Revenue streams are through subscriptions and licenses to the system, and we also earn from advanced features such as analytics and mobile applications. Our product is a master plan for scaling up the organization vertically and connecting it to other educational institutions in different ecosystems
