About the Project
SwipeToWork addresses the tedious and time-consuming nature of traditional job hunting, which often involves lengthy application forms and slow response times. Our proposed solution is a modern, Tinder-style job-matching platform that connects candidates with employers through an intuitive, swipe-based interface. The primary target users are modern job seekers-particularly students, recent graduates, and young professionals-as well as employers, startups, and HR agencies looking for a faster way to screen candidates. The platform leverages modern technologies, including a React Native mobile app, a React-based web dashboard, and an Express/MongoDB backend. Most innovatively, it utilizes Generative AI for automated resume parsing and smart algorithmic matching to ensure candidates only see highly relevant job postings. Ultimately, Swipe To Work transforms the recruitment process by reducing hiring time, increasing user engagement, and making the journey of finding a job or the perfect candidate fast, seamless, and enjoyable.
