MedSync is an AI-powered healthcare system designed to predict dangerous drug-drug interactions before a patient takes their medication. Many patients, especially those managing multiple health conditions, take several medicines at the same time, increasing the risk of harmful interactions that may be overlooked. MedSync acts as an early warning system by analyzing how different drugs interact inside the human body using advanced artificial intelligence and predictive models. It identifies potentially dangerous combinations, estimates the level of risk, and explains possible side effects in simple, easy-to-understand language. The system helps doctors make safer prescribing decisions, assists pharmacists in verifying prescriptions before dispensing medicines, and empowers patients to better understand the medications they are taking. By detecting risks before they cause harm, MedSync aims to reduce medication errors, prevent avoidable hospitalizations, improve patient safety, and support better healthcare outcomes.
